Tejo Energia sponsored a holiday camp organised by “Abraço” in July 2002. The objective of this event was to provide children in need with the holiday of a lifetime.

In addition to Tejo Energia, the event involved other international companies associated with the pharmaceutical, banking, communication and oil sectors. The protocol was also sponsored by the British Ambassador to Portugal and was “rooted” in the planting of five flowers with the directors of the five companies as “gardeners”.

Various employees from Tejo Energia and other companies offered their services during the 15 days of the holiday camp as volunteers to assist in the daily activities.
