Three companies were involved in the project finance structure for the Pego Power Station:

Tejo Energia: is the owner of Pego Power Station, comprising 2 generating units with an installed capacity of around 300MW each;

Pegop: responsible for operating and maintaining the Power Station;

CarboPego: responsible for coal supply.
